The free PrestaShop interface option by SimplBooks can be activated from the “Settings -> Integrations” menu. In the case of this integration, it is not a fully automatic with which sales orders immediately reach SimplBooks at the moment of entry, but for the orders to reach SimplBooks, it is necessary to import the list of sales orders from your PrestaShop e-store.
To activate the PrestaShop integration, you need to enter the public address of your e-shop and the API key in the settings. The required inputs can be found under the PrestaShop REST API settings. After successful activation of the integration, an additional option for importing orders from the PrestaShop environment is added under the import button in the list of sales invoices.
If you want to keep inventory of the goods sold in SimplBooks, fill in the content of the “Reference” field in the PrestaShop products (Products) settings on the card of each product so that it matches the item code used in SimplBooks. It is important that there are enough products in stock in SimplBooks at the time of importing the orders. In the integration settings in SimplBooks, you can also specify the default warehouse from which sold products are deducted.
