If there is a need to give someone else the right to manage the billing profile in addition to the original environment creator, a request should be sent to support@simplbooks.ee.\u00a0This may be necessary if you are using a Office plan and multiple people have the right to create new environments. Only a user with billing profile administrator rights can assign a new environment to the correct billing profile in the Office plan when creating a new environment. <\/div><\/div>\n<span class=\"su-label su-label-type-important\"><strong>Important!<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0When switching any plan to the Mini plan, only data related to the sales side (e.g., sales invoices, sales orders, quotes, receipts, contacts, etc.) will remain in the database.
