Warehouse -> Inventory<\/strong><\/p>\n

This report shows the inventory stock levels of warehouse items as of the selected date. ou can filter the data by warehouse and\/or item.<\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> Inventory report fields<\/strong>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. As of<\/strong> \u2013 the date the report is based of<\/li>\n
  2. Warehouse filter<\/strong> \u2013 shows inventory balance for the selected warehouse<\/li>\n
  3. Item filter<\/strong> \u2013 shows data for a specific item<\/li>\n
  4. Refresh<\/strong> \u2013 to update the inventory balance data<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\u25cf<\/span> You can save or print the report via Actions -> Export report<\/strong>.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    In the view that opens, you can choose from the available file formats for saving the report.<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> Outflows and inflows generated from purchase and sales invoices can only be changed by editing the source documents (the invoices themselves)<\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> Write-offs<\/a><\/strong> and inter-warehouse transfers<\/strong><\/a> can be created under Warehouse -> Documents -> New document.<\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> If the recorded inventory does not match the actual stock, identify the reasons for the discrepancy and make corrections accordingly. If necessary, perform a stocktaking<\/a> to adjust the inventory levels.<\/p>\n
