If the payment is made from a different bank account or from cash, you need to select the correct account here.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the payment date.<\/li>\n<li>The amount payable to the employee (net salary) is shown in the \u201cFor the employee\u201d column. The file can then be imported and the payment confirmed in the bank.<\/li>\n<li>If the bank integration is activated, there is an option &#8220;<strong>Send payment to bank<\/strong>&#8221; in the &#8220;<strong>Actions<\/strong>&#8221; menu. It is helpful to filter the salaries by the status &#8220;<strong>Salary unpaid<\/strong>&#8220;. The payments will be sent to the bank as unconfirmed and must be confirmed in the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>If the bank integration is active, you can still save the payment file if needed.
