If a company is engaged in production, formulas can be used to simplify the entry of production. A formula defines the composition of a specific finished product, specifying the raw materials (components) to be used and their quantities. Each formula is linked to one specific finished product \u2013 it is not possible to include multiple different finished products in a single formula.<\/p>\n

Warehouse -> Formulas<\/strong><\/p>\n

When adding a formula, inventory is not checked, so the products included in the formula do not need to be in stock. Inventory is checked when adding a production.<\/p>\n

Only warehouse items can be used when entering a formula. If a required item is not available, it must first be added under Warehouse -> Items.<\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> We recommend creating a formula for one unit of\u00a0 the finished product. When entering a production, the quantity of finished product can be adjusted, and the raw material quantities will be automatically recalculated. The formula can also be modified or deleted after it has been used in production.<\/p>\n

    1. Item<\/strong> \u2013 the raw material item code used for the finished product. Ensure you select the item from the correct warehouse.<\/li>\n
    2. Contents<\/strong> \u2013 the item description from the item card; it can be modified here if necessary.<\/li>\n
    3. Unit<\/strong> \u2013 the item unit as defined on the item card.<\/li>\n
    4. Quantity<\/strong> \u2013 the required quantity of raw material for the finished product specified in this formula.<\/li>\n
    5. Delete<\/strong> (cross) \u2013 click to remove the corresponding raw material line.<\/li>\n
    6. Add new line<\/strong> \u2013 adds a new raw material line to the formula.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\u25cf<\/span> Product panel<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n\u25cf<\/span> In the General information panel, enter the formula name and select the warehouse where the finished product will be recorded.<\/p>\n

      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> In the Raw materials panel, the components of the finished product (raw materials) are listed along with the quantities needed to produce one finished product.
      \nThe item cards should be created in advance under Warehouse -> Items.<\/p>\n

      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> In the Produce panel, select the finished product item and set the quantity to 1. The raw material quantities listed above are entered for one unit of the finished product.
