Each user of the environment can modify certain settings related to their account. To view or edit your profile, hover over the person icon on the top menu bar and select \u201cMy profile<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

A page opens where you can see your name, email address and the types of notifications forwarded to your email address.<\/p>\n

  1. Edit profile<\/strong> \u2013 you can change your name and, if desired, add your signature as an image file. You can also define which notifications are forwarded to your email address.
    \nIn the \u201cE-mail notifications<\/strong>\u201d panel, you can see which system notifications are forwarded to your email address. In the edit view, you can enable or disable these notifications. If you manage multiple companies, different settings can be defined for each company.<\/li>\n
  2. Change password<\/strong> \u2013 allows you to update your password (for security reasons, it is recommended to do so regularly).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Tip<\/strong><\/span> T<\/strong>he user\u2019s email address cannot be changed. If you wish to use a different email address, add it as a <\/strong>new user<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span>read more about adding users<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> and set the user with the previous address as inactive or delete it.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n
