Settings -> Environment settings -> Import settings -> Add new import template<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you frequently import data, you can create an import template containing the necessary fields for your convenience.<\/p>\n

In the General settings<\/strong> panel, you can define the technical settings of the import template.<\/p>\n

  1. Name<\/strong> – the name of the import template.<\/li>\n
  2. Object type<\/strong> – select from the dropdown which type of template you want to create.<\/li>\n
  3. File encoding<\/strong> – can remain \u201cautomatic\u201d. Change this only if you have a specific preference.<\/li>\n
  4. Separator of fields<\/strong> – the character used to separate fields. Can remain \u201cautomatic\u201d; change only if you have a specific preference.<\/li>\n
  5. Field limiter<\/strong> – can remain \u201cautomatic\u201d. Change this only if you have a specific preference.<\/li>\n
  6. Includes the heading line<\/strong> – this option specifies whether the first row of the CSV file contains the column names.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The import template consists of the columns shown in the “Selected columns”<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n

    Mandatory columns are marked with an asterisk (*).<\/p>\n

    To move elements<\/strong> from one column to the other, place the mouse cursor over the desired element, hold down the left mouse button<\/strong>, and drag the element to the appropriate column.<\/p>\n

    The number shown in the white field indicates the order of the columns in the CSV file.<\/p>\n
