Settings -> Environment settings -> Mail templates<\/strong><\/p>\n

By default, there are seven email templates available – sales invoice, invoice reminder, sales order, purchase order, price offer, payslip and balance statement.<\/p>\n

By clicking the pencil icon, you can view and modify the existing template. The sales invoice template is initially filled with the following data:<\/p>\n

  1. In the Name field<\/strong>, you can assign a descriptive name to the template so that you know which one to select when sending out the email (for example, when resending an unpaid invoice to a client, you may choose a template with different wording than the one used when sending the invoice initially)<\/li>\n
  2. The Type<\/strong> indicates in which situations the template will be offered for use

  3. Email language<\/strong> \u2013 you can create templates in any language that is used in your environment. By default, the templates are in Estonian. If you issue invoices in another language, you must also create an email template in that language for sending the invoice.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The email subject<\/strong> is information shown to the client, in addition to the invoice number, you can also include the client’s name (variable %C).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. In the message <\/strong>body, you can also insert variables,<\/span> such as the invoice number, date, due date, and amount, which are taken directly from the invoice being sent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
