A delivery address<\/strong> can only be added to sales invoices<\/strong>. This may be necessary when the invoice payer and the goods recipient are in different locations (for example, in trading companies where the legal address differs from the store locations across Estonia).
\nIt is also possible to add several additional addresses, such as when a company has multiple warehouses.
\nWhen issuing invoices to public sector institutions, the payer should be listed as the client, and the actual service recipient should be entered as the delivery address (for example, the service or goods are delivered to a kindergarten, but the payer is the municipal government).<\/p>\n

    \nname \u2013 the name of the delivery address as it appears on the invoice (store name, etc.)<\/li>\n
  2. Address details<\/strong> \u2013 mandatory fields are \u201cStreet address\u201d and either \u201cCity\u201d or \u201cCounty\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. Contact details<\/strong> \u2013 a contact person responsible for this delivery location can be added here.

    If the delivery address is not included in the document template, you can either update an existing template or add a new one: Settings -> Environment settings -> Invoice settings -> Document templates<\/a>.
    \nThe default templates cannot be modified directly, but you can copy them and create a new template with the necessary additional data fields.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
