Integrations for receiving and sending e-invoices

Settings -> Integrations

For receiving and sending e-invoices, SimplBooks offers the option to connect with Finbite, Envoice and CostPocket environments. Companies cooperating with trading partners can also activate an integration with Telema or Docura (2DOC and 4DOC solutions).
These integrations do not require API support and are available in all packages (except the Mini package).

Finbite

It is possible to send and receive Estonian e-invoices. Before activating the integration, a Finbite user account must be created. It is also possible to send e-invoices via the PEPPOL network. To enable this, activate the option in the Finbite environment settings and enter the client’s PEPPOL code on their client card in SimplBooks.

You can find more information about the Finbite invoice center on their website.

Envoice

It is possible to send and receive Estonian e-invoices. You can also digitize invoices sent to you in PDF format and photograph receipts using the mobile app. Before activating the integration, you must create an Envoice user account.

You can find more information about Envoice on their website.

CostPocket

It is possible to digitize invoices sent to you in PDF format and photograph receipts using the mobile app. As an additional option, you can also receive Estonian e-invoices.

You can find more information about CostPocket on their website.

Telema

An EDI solution that allows the use of either the 2DOC or 4DOC option. SimplBooks also allows using these solutions to be used in combination as needed. It supports importing sales orders and delivery note confirmations from Telema, as well as sending delivery notes and sales invoices.
For more information, see the Telema integration guide (in Estonian).

You can find more information about Telema on their website.

Docura

An EDI solution that allows the use of either the 2DOC or 4DOC option. SimplBooks also allows using these solutions to be used in combination as needed. It supports importing sales orders and delivery note confirmations from Docura, as well as sending delivery notes and sales invoices.
For more information, see the Docura integration guide (in Estonian).

You can find more information about Docura on their website.

Tip When the e-invoice integration is activated, you can mark on the client card whether the invoice should be sent only as an e-invoice or also to the client’s email address.
This option is not available when activating CostPocket, as e-invoices are not sent through it.
